Yachtmaster Preparation

This is a 5 day and 5 night on board master class for qualifying candidates wishing to take for the RYA Yachtmaster Coastal or Offshore examination .

The course aims to test and help to focus in on all aspects of navigation theory, meteorology, safety proceedures, passage planning, passage making and boat handling skills in a variety of differing situations. Boat management, communication skills and leadership qualities are also explored to assist you in every possible way towards achieveing your goal.

Under the careful supervision of a yacht master instructor. we only take a maximum of three students per boat. (Four if couples sharing double cabins).

Prices include Breakfast, Lunch, two course evening meals, refreshments throughout the day and any mooring or berthing fees for the five days.

• Clean bedding provided (no sleeping bags required).
• Only best quality food available, where possible localy produced.
• No cabin sharing (unless couples) cabin occupancy guaranteed no saloon berthing.
• A non returnable deposit is required on booking of 20% of the total cost.

• Full Payment must be recieved 14 days before course start date.

*Additional charges - Examination entry costs £168.00 for coastal exam & £194.00 for the Offshore exam, a yacht charter fee will also be payable
