Brixham Sea School is run by Steve Styles and Tim Sunderland whom both formally ran individual companies offering sailing instruction and skippered holiday charter.

Both were disilutioned with the “pack them in and turn them out” courses  that they experienced  when working for other training schools and decided there was an opportunity to offer a more comfortable and pleasurable learning experience to clients without having to charge the earth.

High standards of instruction, High standards on boat equipment and cleanliness, high standards on catering all combine to make every practical course a pleasurable experience affording clients the comfort they require to maximise their learning experience.

This philosophy has also extends to our shorebased based courses which are run a few hundred yards away from the pretty harbour in the centre of the bustling fishing port of Brixham, Torbay, South Devon.
